This page explains what happens to your email address if you give it to us. It is short because we do very little with it.

Who is responsible

Slow Moss Press is an imprint of FluxDigital (Paolo Cappelletti), based in Italy. You can reach us at hello@slowmosspress.com for anything on this page.

What we collect

Only your email address, and only if you type it into the form yourself. We do not ask for your name, and we do not buy or import addresses from anywhere else.

Why we collect it

To write to you when a new book comes out. That is the whole purpose. The three free pages are not emailed: they download straight from this site, so you get them whether or not you ever hear from us again. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Your address is stored on this website and nowhere else. We use no mailing platform, no analytics and no advertising network, and it is never transferred outside the European Union. We do not sell, rent or share it. If one day we start using an email service to send the newsletter, we will name it on this page before moving anything.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to stop. Write to us and we delete it, with no questions and no delay. When we start sending emails, every one of them will carry a one-click unsubscribe link as well.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@slowmosspress.com and we will act on it. If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing about your visit is measured or profiled.
